Is there not acceptable time in the day or week to finish it? Is the cutoff date too straight after alloting the work? Is your child fighting to understand the subject? Put everything into proportion. If you kid hasn't got adequate time because they have other stuff going on consistently, then you need to select what's most urgent. This is your child's education, and if their plate is too full, something else should go.
If the teacher isn't giving a fair period to close the assignment, make certain you know when it was basically allocated. Your kid may be telling you a later date because they forgot or have put off doing the work. If it is essentially a foolish time period, talk to the teacher and explain the issue. They'd believe the assignment was faster than it really is, or that it didn't need as much research. Your kid might also have misunderstood the assignment and is making it harder.
If your kid is wrestling with the topic, find them some help and see if you can get more time to close it. If you can not supply the help, find a guru or someone else that may help them.
