An important factor to be factor to be considered while selecting or choosing is a house is the positioning of the windows. Ideally the windows should be in the east and the south. The advantage of this being that a open east and south end enables sunlight and adequate breeze to enter the house.
Sufficient amounts of sunlight and breeze are required for any house as it enables the house to stay fresh. Moreover an east side open house has sufficient circulation of fresh air which makes the house more comfortable to stay in. Hence this criteria is usually kept in mind while purchasing a new house.
